is the Ishasha sector with the tree climbing lions and the
Maramagambo forest, one of the largest surviving natural forests
in Uganda. The Northern part is traversed by the equator and
is dominated by the scenery of crater lakes with lots of flamingos.
There is a launch trip on the Kazinga channel which joins
Lake George to Lake Edward.
Itinerary
:
Day
1 :
Arrivals met at the airport and transfered to you hotel on
kampala city. Relief from Jet Lug. Dinner and Overnight at

Day
2 :
Leave Kampala after breakfast and proceed to Mweya Safari
Lodge. Stop over for lunch at Lake View Hotel in Mbarara.
Proceed straight on to the park for a game drive. Dinner and
overnight at the prestigious Mweya Safari Lodge www.mweyalodge.com.
Day
3 : Go for an early morning game drive to see the big
cats in action before returning for breakfast. Go for a launch
trip on the famous Kazinga Channel- connecting lakes George
and Edward, lasting 2 hours. You should view numerous hippos,
bufalloes and bird species. Return to the lodge for lunch.
Go again for yet another game drive in the afternoon lasting
until evening. Dinner and overnight at the Mweya Safari Lodge

Day
4 : After breakfast proceed to Maramagambo for a forest
walk carrying along a picnic lunch. Leave the park to return
to Kampala arriving in the late evening.Check in accomodation

Day 5 : Do your souvenir shopping keeping time for
you airport transfer.
